JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with organizing and implementing physical education activities and related academic programs under the general supervision of a certified Physical Education teacher. Works with students to reinforce academic and physical requirements established by the teacher and local, state, and federal rules and guidelines.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (2 years of college coursework) from an accredited institution
- Experience in coaching or other fields that involve physical fitness
- American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification
