JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join our Adult Assessment Center team, dedicated to serving both community members and adult education students. Key responsibilities and skills include:

• Technical Abilities: Proficient in computer-based testing platforms and basic troubleshooting, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• People Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with adult learners, instructors, and support staff, providing a positive assessment experience.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in managing assessments, data entry, and ensuring compliance with testing procedures. 

 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or related field
• OR
• 60 semester hours of college/university level course work from an accredited institution
• OR
• Obtain qualifying score to pass the ParaPro Assesment
• All employees must satisfactorily complete any required trainings
• All employees must meet all mandated federal and state health requirements
