JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for providing coaching to support school readiness skills through the implementation of applicable curriculum materials and resources; providing standards-based and individualized instruction; attaining skills based on the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), and Multi-Tiered Support Services; assisting with identifying professional development needs, and providing training and support to staff, community partners and families.

 

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Three years of related professional experience
  • OR
  • Any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge skills, and abilities to perform the essential responsibilities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
  • Obtain and maintain CLASS certification
  • Certification or licensure that aligns with the area of assignment
  • All hires must meet the Early Childhood physical examination requirements
